Brittany Oake

Brittany Oake Student Therapist at Juniper Counselling in Port Moody

Brittany works with men, women, teens and families. She offers a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgment. Brittany believes therapy should feel collaborative and empowering, and she walks alongside you as you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward the changes that matter most to you.

Approach to Counselling

Using a person-centered approach, I work to step into your world with you—to understand your experiences, values, and the meanings you make of your life. I believe that healing and growth look different for everyone, and that therapy should reflect the uniqueness of the individual sitting in the room. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-image concerns, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy is a space to slow down, explore, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Together, we focus on what you need in order to move forward—at your pace, in your way.
