Brittany Oake Student Therapist
Approach to Counselling
Using a person-centered perspective, I work to enter your world with you—to understand your experiences, your values, and your hopes for the future. I believe that therapy is as unique as the person seeking it. Whether you’re looking to heal, navigate a major life change, build self-compassion, take risks, or develop new skills; this is your time, your journey, and your space. I am here to support you in moving toward the goals and changes that are most important to you.
