Brittany Oake Student Therapist

Brittany Oake Student Therapist at Juniper Counselling in Port Moody
I believe in creating an environment where you can feel safe and supported—where you can take a breath, be yourself, and explore the parts of your story that matter most to you. My approach is rooted in empathy and curiosity; walking alongside you as you explore this space with the weight of life’s challenges and move toward healing or growth in a way that feels meaningful to you.

Approach to Counselling

Using a person-centered perspective, I work to enter your world with you—to understand your experiences, your values, and your hopes for the future. I believe that therapy is as unique as the person seeking it. Whether you’re looking to heal, navigate a major life change, build self-compassion, take risks, or develop new skills; this is your time, your journey, and your space. I am here to support you in moving toward the goals and changes that are most important to you.
