Approach to Counselling
Tina has various tools in her toolbox such as EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy), while using a Person-Centered approach to counselling. Her approach is trauma-informed and includes elements of Attachment Theory and mindfulness practice. She incorporates different cognitive and behavioural therapies in her practice while ensuring therapy is best tailored to the client. She helps her clients explore their thoughts and emotions to gain a deeper understanding of the self.
Tina is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
Education and Experience
Tina holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and is Registered in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
