Kelly is a counsellor with a deep commitment to creating compassionate, collaborative spaces where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her approach is trauma-informed, grounded in mindfulness and embodiment practices, and shaped by a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to authenticity, humility, and learning. She strives to meet clients where they are, honouring their unique stories and strengths while offering tools and perspectives to support meaningful change.

Education and Experience

Kelly holds a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) from Simon Fraser University. She has completed additional training in grief and loss, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and couples counselling through the Gottman Institute.

Before becoming a counsellor, Kelly spent two decades in community programming and wellness, where she developed inclusive programs for children, youth, families, and adults. She also worked as a yoga and fitness instructor, helping people connect with movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
