Aniket Palsuledesai

Aniket

Aniket works with adults, and couples who are looking for a calm, steady therapist who truly listens. Counselling with him feels grounding, warm, and thoughtful. Clients often describe him as someone who helps them slow down, understand themselves more clearly, and feel genuinely supported as they move through life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship stress, identity questions, or major life transitions, Aniket creates a space where you can breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

Approach to Counselling

Aniket’s approach is warm, relaxed, and deeply human. He believes therapy should feel like a supportive conversation—one where you feel heard, respected, and never judged. His work blends Logotherapy, Person-Centred Therapy, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) in a way that stays accessible and meaningful for clients.

With Aniket, you can expect counselling that gently combines:

  • meaning-focused exploration (Logotherapy) to help you reconnect with purpose, values, and what truly matters

  • genuine, empathetic support (Person-Centred) that helps you feel safe, understood, and accepted as you are

  • practical tools (CBT-informed) for managing anxiety, low mood, stress, and unhelpful thought patterns

Therapy with Aniket is spacious and grounding. He supports you at your pace—never rushed or pressured—offering clarity, reflection, and skills you can use in everyday life. His goal is to help you deepen self-understanding, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with your inner strengths so you can move forward with confidence and purpose.
