The Boundary Lab – Experiment, play, and try new ways of showing up

Women having fun

Step into your power with play and connection

Boundaries aren’t walls—they’re invitations. In this playful and supportive group, women come together to practice saying what they need, experimenting with new ways of responding, and strengthening their emotional muscles. We know that the brain can learn new patterns through repeated practice. That means every time you try a new way of expressing a boundary, you’re literally reshaping how your brain responds in relationships.

This isn’t about being rigid or “difficult”—it’s about discovering how to protect your energy, honour your needs, and deepen your connections. Through games, exercises, and group activities, you’ll leave with practical tools for real-life situations and the confidence to try them.

Come ready to laugh, practice, and connect—all while learning that boundaries are bridges, not barriers.

Women group in happy circle

Who is this for?

This group is for women who want to feel more confident standing up for themselves, saying “no” without guilt, and setting clear, healthy boundaries. Whether you struggle to assert yourself at work, in friendships, or with family, this group is a space to practice, experiment, and grow—all without judgment. If you’ve ever felt stretched too thin, overlooked, or hesitant to speak up for what you need, this is for you.

Is this group right for you?

Ask yourself:

  • Do you sometimes feel like your needs get lost in the shuffle?
  • Do you want to try new ways of responding without feeling awkward or “wrong”?
  • Are you ready to practice saying no in a supportive, fun environment?

If you answered yes to any of these, this group is a safe place to explore your boundaries, build confidence, and discover that setting limits can actually bring you
closer to the people you care about.
