“My life has changed, and I’m trying to figure out who I am in this next chapter.”

Your life can change before you’re ready for it. Sometimes the life you built no longer feels like it fits. Maybe you’re considering a career change, adjusting to a new country, becoming a parent, navigating an empty nest, or simply wondering what comes next. You may look around and think, “I should be happy—so why don’t I feel that way?”

These transitions can be exciting and difficult at the same time. They can bring uncertainty about who you are, what you want, and where you belong. Katy offers a thoughtful, warm space to slow down, make sense of the changes you’re experiencing, and explore what you want your next chapter to look like. You may be navigating a transition that doesn’t have a clear roadmap. Katy can help you explore the expectations, values and assumptions that have shaped your decisions—and consider what you genuinely want for yourself now.

Her approach is trauma informed and culturally sensitive. She draws from narrative, existential, attachment-based, solution focused and cognitive-behavioural therapies to help  you understand patterns, discover new perspectives, and fulfill your potential.

Katy has worked with adults navigating life transitions, newcomers adjusting to life in Canada, parents raising children across cultures, people experiencing relationship strain or burnout, young or mature clients questioning their career direction, neurodiverse youth and adults figuring how to thrive in the world not tailored to their needs.
