Together, we will create an Action Plan that empowers you to take charge of your mental health and maintain your well-being. In this course, we will hone In on the concepts of Burnout and Toxic Stress. We will examine the five Pillars of Mental Health and various Lifestyle Factors that can help you manage stress. By the end of this course, you will have a comprehensive action plan to effectively manage or prevent Burnout.
